Barry Goldstein is an accomplished global executive with more than 30 years of strategic leadership experience, including over 25 years in the hospitality sector. Widely recognized as a transformative leader, Barry excels at driving revenue growth and delivering measurable results by aligning sales, marketing, digital, and technology functions. His leadership is defined by a proven ability to navigate complex organizational change, foster influential relationships, elevate customer experiences, and consistently achieve strong financial outcomes.

Throughout his career, Barry has led organizational turnarounds by establishing clear strategic direction, enhancing operational performance, and leveraging innovation and technology to fuel sustainable growth. His forward-looking mindset has enabled companies to outperform in highly competitive and rapidly evolving markets.

Most recently, Barry served as the CEO of Arch Amenities Group, a premier provider of amenity management and consulting services for commercial real estate, residential and hotels and resorts. Prior to this role, Barry was the Chief Commercial Officer and Public Officer for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. He has also held senior executive positions at Starwood Hotels, Cisco Systems and Panasonic. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University and completed the prestigious Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

SherAfgan Mehboob

President & Chief Financial Officer

SherAfgan Mehboob is the President & Chief Financial Officer at Tillman Digital Cities. He is responsible for digital infrastructure development focused on connectivity, as well as technology developments across 5G, enterprise networks and the Internet of Things.

Prior to joining Tillman, SherAfgan was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, a leading full-service investment bank. He was instrumental in building out the firm’s digital infrastructure practice with a focus on data centers and wireless infrastructure, having completed over $40bn in M&A and financing transactions over his career. Mehboob has also held roles at Deutsche Bank Securities and Deloitte Consulting LLC.

SherAfgan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.

Hope Kirkendall

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Hope Kirkendall is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at TDC, where she leads strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, and business development efforts. With over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, Hope excels in both start-up and Fortune 100 environments, driving success through her comprehensive understanding of the telecom business lifecycle—from sales and operations to strategy, logistics, and account management.

Known for her ability to think strategically and execute effectively, Hope is a creative problem solver with strong decision-making skills. Her exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities have helped her build long-term client relationships based on integrity and trust. A collaborative leader, Hope prioritizes the company’s success, earning her a reputation as a results-driven and trusted partner in the telecom industry.

Hope lives outside Atlanta with her husband, four young children and dog. When she isn’t working, she can be found in her garden or doing something creative.

Lesley Pacheco

Head of Commercial Strategy & Marketing

Lesley Pacheco brings nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of commercial strategy and marketing. She excels at identifying where market needs and customer requirements align—then building and executing integrated programs that deliver results.

Throughout her career, Lesley has shaped markets across multiple verticals and driven transformational growth. Her achievements include turning a four-year declining business into a growth engine, resetting a stagnant pipeline to 24% growth in new logos, building a customer experience capability that scaled from 4 to 10,000 customers, and developing a commercial strategy that identified $7 billion in incremental contract value with a 5x internal rate of return.

When she’s not working, Lesley is mom to two energetic boys, an Italy-obsessed traveler, and a proud Philadelphian—grit included.

Greg Akin

Head of Client Solutions Engineering

Greg Akin is a wireless solutions leader with more than 15 years of experience delivering in-building connectivity solutions that bridge engineering rigor with real-world business and customer requirements. He is known for his ability to translate complex technical environments into scalable, high-performance wireless outcomes.

Throughout his career, Greg has held leadership roles across engineering, implementation, and sales, with deep expertise in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), small cells, and in-building wireless networks. He co-founded EnVision Wireless and has led enterprise and carrier-focused initiatives at organizations including SBA Communications and Westell Technologies, where he most recently drove public safety wireless solutions.

Greg currently serves as Senior Client Solutions Engineer at Tillman Digital Cities, where he partners with clients to design and deliver reliable, future-ready in-building connectivity solutions.

Ajay Dawani

Head of Revenue Management

Ajay is an experienced finance professional, with a particular focus on banking, capital markets and financial technology. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to complex problem-solving and is known for translating strategic intent into executable plans that drive measurable value.

Previously, Ajay served as a consultant in Deloitte’s M&A Strategy practice, where he supported $10B+ transactions across integration planning, program governance, target-state design and synergy and value realization. His work helped organizations navigate critical inflection points, align stakeholders and execute post-transaction strategies with clarity and rigor.

Ajay graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and a minor in Information Technology. Outside of work, he is an avid follower of Formula 1 racing, soccer and tennis.

Laurie Withee

Vice President, Carrier Solutions

Laurie Withee brings over 30 years of telecommunications experience, specializing in DAS, Wi-Fi, and public safety networks. She serves as a key wireless carrier liaison and works cross-functionally to align technical and operational success across projects.

Laurie lives in Florida with her husband and two daughters, where she enjoys gardening and hiking.

Farouk Zeineddine

Vice President, Technical Operations

Farouk Zeineddine’s role as Vice President of Tech Ops directs the strategy, design and delivery of advanced in-building connectivity solutions for major real estate portfolios nationwide. With over 30 years of experience leading high-performance wireless network initiatives, he brings deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to complex deployments. Previously, Farouk has held senior roles at organizations like Nokia, where he oversaw large-scale regional deployments, neutral-host DAS programs and engineering teams supporting top U.S. carriers.

He earned a B.S. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
