The Challenge

Hotel & Conference Center approached TDC with a beautifully finished, design-forward property where every aesthetic detail mattered—and disruptions of any kind were not an option. With limited fiber backhaul and a tightly defined space for headend and radio equipment, they needed a partner who could deliver a fully managed solution without compromising their vision or burdening their team.

The Solution

TDC designed a custom, ownership-approved solution that protected the property’s aesthetic integrity while delivering the performance their guests and operations required. Leveraging our long-term “Network-As-A-Service” partnership model, we deployed a cutting-edge, 4-band neutral-host Distributed Antenna System (DAS) powered by CommScope ERA—an all-fiber system engineered for minimal footprint, low power needs, and seamless integration into the existing design. It is FirstNet enabled for national first responder support and comes with lifecycle upgrades already built in.

Antennas were concealed and camouflaged to remain visually unobtrusive, with installation schedules carefully tailored around guest comfort. With full financing, management and 5G readiness built in, the property gained a high-performance network without taxing internal resources.

The new DAS from TDC transformed on-property connectivity, giving staff, guests and visitors the reliable, high-performance cellular service they expect from a luxury destination. With FirstNet capability built in, the system also strengthened the property’s overall safety operations, ensuring first responders have prioritized, mission-critical communication when it matters most.
